**Job Title:** Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Drive efficient delivery and system reliability for ResX applications by managing the product backlog, prioritizing tickets, and overseeing quality assurance under a time‑and‑material model. Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and support functions to ensure clear requirements, timely issue resolution, and transparent reporting.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain an up‑to‑date, prioritized backlog aligned with business impact.
- Triage and assign incoming tickets promptly, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Define and execute comprehensive QA strategies for enhancements and fixes.
- Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to project managers and leadership.
- Produce and maintain KPI dashboards and metrics reports.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to groom and prioritize the product backlog.
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and clarify requirements for development teams.
- Serve as the first point of contact for tickets via JIRA, ServiceNow, and email; assign tickets to development, support, or infrastructure teams.
- Monitor ticket queues, driving timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Design, implement, and document functional and regression testing for online, batch, and XML‑based applications.
- Validate fixes with developers and ensure production readiness.
- Engage SMEs, business users, and application owners to validate requirements and resolve issues.
- Provide regular updates on ticket status, QA outcomes, and delivery progress to project managers and leadership.
- Track and report KPIs and SLA metrics; maintain dashboards and logs for governance.
- Utilize Power BI, ServiceNow, SQL databases, VPN, and the PPM tool “Clarity” for collaboration, reporting, and time‑tracking.
**Required Skills:**
- Product backlog management and prioritization (Agile/Scrum).
- Ticket triage and coordination using JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Quality assurance planning, functional and regression testing.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL query experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to track and report KPIs, SLAs, and metrics.
- Familiarity with time‑tracking tools (e.g., Clarity) and VPN‑based collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) preferred.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) optional but advantageous.
