Job Description
Job Title: Post‑Sales Solutions Engineer – Contract Role Summary Execute technical aspects of the sales cycle and ensure successful customer adoption of climate‑risk analytics solutions for financial and real‑estate clients. Support onboarding, integration, and ongoing service delivery while contributing data analyses to product improvement. Expectations • Deliver high‑quality technical documentation and proposal content within agreed timelines. • Own end‑to‑end onboarding, implementation, and post‑deployment support in a fast‑moving SaaS environment. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of climate‑change risks, industry trends, and client needs. Key Responsibilities - Write technical sections for RFPs and sales proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements. - Lead customer onboarding: define success metrics, deliver technical implementation, and coordinate deployment activities. - Provide continuous technical support, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure escalations are resolved promptly. - Conduct data analysis to inform product maintenance and development, identifying improvement opportunities. - Maintain the library of product content and documentation, guaranteeing clarity and accessibility. Required Skills - Proficient with APIs, Python, and SQL; ability to manipulate large, complex datasets. - Experience handling messy, high‑volume data in real‑world financial services contexts. - Knowledge of geospatial data, GIS technologies, and risk analytics strongly preferred. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of managing technical workstreams with minimal supervision. - Excellent time‑management skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines. - Familiarity with CRM platforms and project‑management/issue‑tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Earth or Environmental Science, or a related field. - Certifications in cloud platforms, GIS, or data analytics are advantageous but not mandatory.
