Job Description
**Job Title:** International Account Executive **Role Summary** Drive direct international sales for LATAM and EU markets, focusing on B2B SaaS solutions. Manage end-to-end sales processes, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver customer-centric outcomes. **Expectations** Achieve and exceed revenue goals through high-volume, fast-paced sales activities. Demonstrate autonomy in pipeline management, strategic problem-solving, and relationship-building with global accounts. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead sales pipeline via MEDDPICC methodology, from prospecting to closure. - Develop needs analysis, deliver product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts for subscription-based solutions (Articulate 360). - Collaborate with internal teams and in-country partners to fulfill orders and resolve client needs. - Conduct outreach (cold calling, email) to generate new business and upsell/cross-sell existing clients. - Provide sales quotes, clarify product value propositions, and align solutions to customer challenges. - Represent company expertise in industry insights and SaaS training platform differentiation. **Required Skills** - 3+ years in sales/business development; 2+ years cold outreach experience with measurable deal closures. - Proven success in international sales (outside North America), targeting enterprise and SMB clients. - Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Outreach; familiarity with MEDDPICC preferred. - Strong verbal/written communication; ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders. - Analytical skills for pipeline management and high-priority task execution. - High-energy phone presence and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. SaaS industry knowledge and Spanish fluency (LATAM focus) are advantageous but not mandatory.
