Job title: Head of Product
Role Summary: Lead Tali AI’s product management and design organization, driving product vision, strategy, and execution across a growing B2B SaaS platform serving clinicians. Oversee a team of product managers and designers, partner across engineering, data science, marketing, customer success, and sales to deliver compliant, scalable AI-powered medical scribe solutions.
Expactations:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into new segments and geographies.
- Mentor and elevate a cross-functional product team, fostering a data‑driven, experimentation‑centric culture.
- Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring speed, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Scale product development processes to support multiple product lines and an expanding user base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate company objectives into actionable product roadmaps and OKRs.
- Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science to balance innovation, scalability, and compliance (HIPAA, PHIPA).
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to define go‑to‑market strategies and adoption plans.
- Monitor and optimize key product metrics (adoption, engagement, NPS, churn).
- Champion regulatory compliance and data security across product designs.
- Represent product perspective in executive strategy discussions.
Required Skills:
- ≥8 years product management experience, ≥3 years in a leadership role (Head/Director of Product).
- Proven record of shipping and scaling products in high-growth startups or scale‑ups, especially B2B SaaS.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing product pipelines.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills; ability to tell a compelling product story to stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of regulatory environments relevant to healthcare (HIPAA, PHIPA).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced startup settings.
- Bonus: familiarity with EMR/EHR integrations, medical workflows, or clinical AI applications.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar product‑management certification preferred.
