**Job Title**
Senior FP&A Analyst – Europe
**Role Summary**
Lead financial planning & analysis for European operations, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Drive financial insights, optimize margins, and support strategic decisions across sales, cost, inventory, and marketing. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using SAP and advanced Excel to enhance reporting effectiveness and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
**Expectations**
- Deliver timely, precise P&L forecasts, budgets, and monthly reports to senior management and investors.
- Maintain and improve quality of financial data and reporting processes.
- Provide actionable analysis to support rapid decision‑making in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather data, develop and present forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses for sales, cost of goods, inventory, and marketing spend.
- Monitor P&L, tracking budget versus target, and analyze monthly sales performance, inventory levels, and receivables.
- Analyze and optimize gross margin; produce daily sales and channel‑level P&L reports.
- Prepare management and investor‑level monthly financial reporting.
- Contribute to budgeting, reforecasting, and financial planning cycles.
- Design and implement financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and drive cost‑saving initiatives (T&E, office, logistics).
**Required Skills**
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, handling complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to learn new systems (e.g., SAP) quickly.
- Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven multitasking and deadline management in dynamic settings.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in the beauty, fragrance, or luxury sector.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
