Responsibilities include labeling sensitive therapy transcripts, validating model performance, building a knowledge base, and assisting with research documentation and participant support. **Expectations:** - Handle confidential mental‑health data with empathy and discretion. - Deliver accurate labeling and evaluation results on schedule. - Work independently while collaborating effectively with the Machine Learning Team, Research Director, and Project Manager. - Maintain organized documentation and follow research protocols. **Key Responsibilities:** - Label therapy transcripts according to provided rubrics for NLP/ML training. - Validate and evaluate trained ML models using established metrics and testing procedures. - Compile and maintain a knowledge base on NLP, ML, and product integration topics. - Contribute to manuscript preparation and track citations of partnered research articles. - Support additional research tasks (e.g., participant consent, assessments, data collection) as directed. **Required Skills:** - ≥1 year experience in human‑subjects research or qualitative data analysis, or a relevant academic background. - Strong interest in mental‑health research and application of ML techniques. - Familiarity with natural language processing and machine learning concepts (coursework or practical experience preferred). - Excellent organizational, time‑management, and detail‑orientation skills. - Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Undergraduate degree (or higher) in psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, data science, computer science, or a related field. - Relevant coursework or training in NLP, machine learning, or statistical analysis is preferred. - No specific certifications required; compliance with any applicable human‑subjects research ethics training is expected.
