Job Description
**Job title** Senior Sales Consultant **Role Summary** Oversee daily sales floor operations, support management, and lead the team to achieve store sales and KPI targets. Deliver high–quality customer experiences, provide product knowledge and sensory services, coach and train staff, and manage inventory and store presentation. **Expectations** - Minimum 2 years retail experience with at least some supervisory responsibilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to influence, motivate and coach a sales team. - High personal grooming standards and passion for luxury brands. - Flexible availability to meet business scheduling needs. **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise sales floor operations and ensure compliance with store policies. - Drive sales performance and help the team meet or exceed KPI targets. - Lead training and coaching sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and sensory selling techniques. - Serve as a brand ambassador, modelling the company’s customer service program. - Deliver personalized customer experiences (e.g., fragrance consultations, hand/arm massages). - Coordinate stock management tasks: ordering, replenishment, de‑stocking, and inventory accuracy. - Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising and overall presentation. **Required Skills** - Retail sales expertise and proven leadership/management ability. - Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Coaching, mentoring and performance‑management capabilities. - Knowledge of luxury cosmetics products and sensory selling. - Inventory management and stock reconciliation. - High personal grooming and professionalism. - Adaptability, time‑management and problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent. - No specific certifications required, though retail or leadership training is a plus.
