**Job Title:** Lead Full Stack Java Developer – On‑Site Coordinator **Role Summary:** Senior developer responsible for leading offshore development teams while actively building and maintaining enterprise‑grade Java applications. Acts as primary liaison between onshore stakeholders and distributed teams to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery within an Agile environment. **Expectations:** - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to offshore developers. - Deliver high‑quality backend and UI code. - Drive adherence to coding standards, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. - Communicate effectively across time zones and facilitate Agile ceremonies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, coordinate, and mentor offshore development teams. - Translate business and technical requirements into robust solutions. - Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Servlets, JSP, MVC, Security). - Implement and maintain ReactJS front‑end components. - Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure consistency. - Participate in system architecture and design discussions. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide support. - Contribute to Agile ceremonies; promote CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins). **Required Skills:** - Java (5+ years) – Spring Boot, Hibernate, Servlets/JSP/MVC, security frameworks. - Front‑end: ReactJS (3+ years), JavaScript, jQuery. - Database: JDBC, SQL, stored procedures, JPA. - Web services: REST, SOAP. - XML technologies (XSD, XSLT). - Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, etc.). - Source control: Git, TFS or equivalent. - CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar). - Agile methodology experience. - Proven experience coordinating offshore teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant Java or Agile certifications are a plus.
