Job Title: Back End Developer Role Summary: Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js and AWS services. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions for financial services operations. Expectations: • Demonstrated experience as a backend developer (minimum 2+ years). • Proven proficiency in Node.js and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Prior work experience in the financial services industry. • Eligible for W2 employment; no C2C or sponsorship. Key Responsibilities: • Design, code, test, and deploy backend services using Node.js and AWS. • Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following industry best practices. • Integrate APIs, databases, and third‑party services to support application features. • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply optimizations. • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver functional features on schedule. • Participate in code reviews and peer‑feedback sessions. • Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory standards relevant to financial services.
