Job Description
**Job Title** Marketing Outreach Executive – LinkedIn Outreach, CRM, B2B, Events **Role Summary** Execute outbound lead generation and event registration campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, marketing automation, and CRM tools. Drive qualified prospect engagement for global B2B clients, achieving monthly target registrations for webinars and events. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed monthly outreach and registration targets. - Earn commission on converted leads; no cold calling required. - Maintain high-quality prospect lists and outreach sequences. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Strategy, Marketing, BD, Data & CRM). - Demonstrate self‑motivation, persistence, and a growth mindset. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Build and segment LinkedIn Sales Navigator target lists based on client personas. 2. Design, launch, and optimize LinkedIn digital campaigns for event promotion. 3. Automate outreach workflows (direct messaging, e‑mail sequences) to invite prospects. 4. Capture and track lead activity in CRM, ensuring accurate data hygiene. 5. Analyze campaign performance, adjust tactics, and report key metrics. 6. Support BD team in nurturing new business leads and strengthening client relationships. 7. Coordinate with content, design, and event teams to align messaging and assets. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or demand generation. - Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems. - Strong written communication and copywriting for outreach. - Target‑driven, self‑starter, tenacious, and persistent. - Analytical ability to interpret campaign data and refine strategies. - Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid (office + remote) environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Preferred certifications: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Marketing/CRM, or similar digital marketing credentials.
