Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Analyst - Sales Operations **Role Summary:** Support and enhance sales operations through system configuration, data analysis, and process improvement to optimize sales efficiency and accuracy. **Expectations:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - Mid- to senior-level business analysis or sales operations experience. - Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM/sales platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform). - Collaboration with technology teams to improve sales systems and workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and maintain sales enablement tools (quoting platforms, CRM systems) to ensure alignment with pricing, products, and strategies. - Partner with sales teams to refine workflows, resolve system/process issues, and develop training/documentation. - Manage product catalog accuracy across sales systems, coordinating with vendors for updates. - Structure and maintain sales reports with BI teams; analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Drive process improvements through job shadowing, SOP development, and system enhancement input. - Support forecasting and planning via historical data analysis. **Required Skills:** - Analytical thinking and data interpretation. - Proficiency in CRM configuration and low-code tools (Power BI, Power Apps preferred). - Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and system integrity focus. - Communication and cross-team collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, operations, or technology).
