**Job Title**
Enterprise Architect (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Design, implement and evolve overarching information‑system architectures for clients, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory constraints and technology trends. Drive architecture governance, provide strategic IT counsel, and lead multidisciplinary teams through transformation projects.
**Expectations**
• Deliver scalable, secure and compliant architectures that meet short‑term and long‑term client objectives.
• Maintain and document the IT landscape and its evolution.
• Facilitate strategic decisions, keep services innovative, and mentor teams on best practices.
• Support business development initiatives by articulating value propositions and technical solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceive and deploy enterprise‑wide architectures that reflect corporate strategy and business requirements.
- Ensure coherence among system components: reuse of existing bricks, adherence to data, security, and integration patterns.
- Participate in the design and implementation of shared technology components (event bus, API management, etc.).
- Guarantee scalability, security, performance, and regulatory compliance for all architectural changes.
- Define and refine enterprise architecture principles and governance frameworks.
- Prepare and lead architecture committee sessions; document outcomes and track action plans.
- Advise clients on medium‑to‑long‑term SI strategy, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct continuous technological watch and propose innovative approaches tailored to client contexts.
- Train, coach, and upskill internal and client-facing teams on architecture practices and methodologies.
- Mentor and develop technical and functional staff, providing a clear vision of architecture value.
- Coordinate cross‑disciplinary project teams and manage resources.
- Contribute to commercial activities: needs assessment, proposal writing, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Participate in internal initiatives for new service offerings, skills development, and knowledge sharing.
**Required Skills**
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, COBIT) and IT governance (ITIL, Agile@Scale).
- Proven ability to translate business evolution needs into functional and application‑level architectures.
- Experience with complex, ambiguous client organizations and strong modeling capabilities (e.g., MEGA HOPEX).
- Proficiency in architectural abstraction, communication, and documentation.
- Ability to work within large project teams, exhibiting architectural leadership.
- Knowledge in data, infrastructure, application, or security architecture is a plus but not mandatory.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in enterprise architecture (TOGAF® Certified, COBIT Lead Auditor, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
