Job Title: Sales Account Manager Role Summary: Drive outbound sales and cultivate client relationships for a high-volume hospitality venue. Leverage consultative selling to secure and expand event business, support the sales team’s KPIs, and contribute to a culture of community and quality. Expectations: - Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas and department performance metrics. - Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. - Maintain strong communication with guests, colleagues, and management. Key Responsibilities: - Execute proactive outbound sales activities and network with local businesses to generate new leads. - Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion. - Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and account growth. - Collaborate on sales campaigns and promote property‑wide theme events to prospects. - Prepare and analyze sales reports to track KPI achievement and inform strategy adjustments. - Attend client meetings, presentations, and events, traveling as required. Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years of event sales experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venues. - Strong consultative selling expertise. - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with computers and the ability to rapidly learn new software. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call restaurant duties.
