**Job Title:** Sourcing and Procurement Manager **Role Summary** Strategic leadership role responsible for end-to-end procurement and sourcing operations in a regulated pharmaceutical CDMO environment. Focuses on supply chain optimization, regulatory compliance, cost management, and supplier relationship development to ensure operational continuity and stakeholder alignment. **Expectations** Oversee $25M+ in direct/indirect spend and $25M in Capex, manage high-complexity regulated contracts, mitigate supply risk through dual-sourcing strategies, lead cross-functional alignment for NPI and product changes, and drive procurement process improvements. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute strategic sourcing for raw materials, CDMO/CMO services, equipment, and components under technical/regulatory constraints. - Qualify and audit suppliers to meet cGMP/GMP standards; track performance metrics and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs). - Negotiate long-term supplier agreements balancing cost, quality, innovation, and compliance. - Lead cross-functional teams in resolving sourcing issues (e.g., quality failures, delivery delays). - Develop procurement policies, systems, and tools (e.g., spend analysis, risk assessments, CLM/ERP integration). - Mentor procurement teams and influence stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Operations, Legal, and Finance. **Required Skills** - Supply chain strategy and regulatory compliance (pharma/CDMO environments). - Advanced contract negotiations, risk management, and cost optimization. - Proficiency in procurement technologies (eSourcing, CLM, ERP). - Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence. - Analytical decision-making under ambiguity and tight deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or Business; advanced degree preferred.
