Job Description

**Job Title:** Software Administrator **Role Summary:** Administers software systems, ensures licensing compliance, and provides IT solutions to support organizational operations and continuous improvement. **Expectations:** 2+ years of software asset management experience or equivalent training. Bachelor’s degree in related field or 2 years equivalent experience. Previous project management experience may be helpful. **Key Responsibilities:** Process software requests (e.g., Flexera/ServiceNow); ensure compliance with software licensing requirements; collaborate with desktop engineers on software deployment and asset tracking; maintain annual maintenance agreements; analyze systems to identify improvement opportunities; collect and analyze business requirements; assist with project documentation, process mapping, and end-user training; coordinate testing and information requests. **Required Skills:** Software asset management; systematic problem-solving; conflict resolution; customer satisfaction focus; effective decision-making with escalation capabilities; risk assessment. Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Project, PowerBI, ServiceNow incident tracking; knowledge of Flexera or similar systems preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in related field or 2 years equivalent training/experience. Software asset management certifications (CSAM/SAMS) preferred.
