Job Title Business Analyst Role Summary Analyze, document, and improve business processes and IT systems for software/application projects. Translate requirements between technical teams and business stakeholders, manage Agile artifacts, and support testing and user adoption. Expectations - Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams. - Build and maintain clear documentation and presentations for all audiences. - Resolve conflicts and negotiate priorities to keep projects on schedule. - Deliver measurable process improvements and system integrations.
