Job Description: **Job Title:** Electronics Development Engineer **Role Summary:** Designs and develops electronic circuit boards and embedded control algorithms for heating and hot‑water solutions, validates hardware/software prototypes, creates technical specifications and documentation, ensures compliance with relevant standards, and supports continuous product improvement. **Expectations:** - Minimum 8 years experience in embedded hardware/software development. - Ability to work autonomously with strong analytical and rigorous approach. - Effective teamwork and cross‑department collaboration. - Good technical English proficiency. - Motivation to tackle technical challenges in a fast‑evolving environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop electronic PCBs and associated control firmware. - Test and validate hardware and software on test benches and prototype units. - Draft detailed technical specifications based on requirement analyses. - Analyze customer feedback data to adjust hardware or software designs. - Produce and maintain technical documentation and provide training on developed solutions. - Conduct technology watch and ensure compliance with EMC, RED, and CRA directives. **Required Skills:** - PCB design and industrialization for radio‑communicating boards (Sub‑GHz 868 MHz, LoRa, Wi‑Fi). - Strong knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and relevant European directives (RED, CRA). - Proficient in C programming for embedded systems. - Experience with STM32 or equivalent ARM microcontrollers. - Development of bare‑metal and real‑time operating system (RTOS) applications. - Problem‑solving, analytical mindset, and effective communication in English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Professional certifications in EMC, functional safety, or related standards are a plus.
