Job Description
Job Title: Learning Architect Intern Role Summary Assist in the design, development, and delivery of digital and instructor‑led training for ATPCO’s products, services, and internal initiatives. Support the creation of clear audio–visual, interactive, and written learning materials while collaborating with trainers and subject matter experts. Expactations - Serve as a reliable support resource for learning projects, meeting project deadlines and quality standards. - Maintain professional communication with cross‑functional teams and use feedback to refine training solutions. - Demonstrate initiative in learning and applying new instructional design tools and best practices. Key Responsibilities - Create digital training assets (e‑learning courses, videos, presentations) related to ATPCO products and initiatives. - Contribute to the development and facilitation of instructor‑led training sessions. - Design audio, visual, and interactive learning content that aligns with adult learning principles. - Update and manage online help content and user documentation. - Address training‑related questions from users regarding product usage and technology. - Identify and recommend improvements to current training materials. Required Skills - Strong written and verbal communication, plus organizational abilities. - Basic knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles. - Ability to collaborate effectively with trainers, SMEs, and cross‑functional teams. - Familiarity with presentation, video, or e‑learning tools; experience with Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate Rise 360, or Storyline is a plus. - Keen interest in learning, training, and content development. - Adaptability and openness to feedback and continuous improvement. Required Education & Certifications - Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
