Job Description
**Job Title:** Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Develop, test, and deploy high‑quality features for a SaaS HR and Payroll platform built on .NET/C#, Angular/TypeScript, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS services. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a remote/hybrid setting, maintain platform reliability at scale, and mentor peers. **Expectations:** - 2+ years experience delivering large‑scale web applications. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to write efficient, maintainable, well‑tested code. - Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Proactive learning and knowledge sharing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and release new features and enhancements. - Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs throughout development and QA cycles. - Maintain and optimize existing components for performance and scalability. - Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and provide mentorship. - Perform technical analysis to inform architectural and technology decisions. **Required Skills:** - .NET/C# backend development. - Angular and TypeScript front‑end development. - SQL Server or PostgreSQL database experience. - Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, SQS). - Understanding of infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform). - Good grasp of software engineering best practices (unit testing, CI/CD). - Ability to work collaboratively in remote/hybrid teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer) are a plus but not mandatory.
