Brand Marketing Specialist (Contract)
**Role Summary**
Execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and in‑store touchpoints, translating seasonal and organizational strategies into actionable, omni‑channel content. Drive fast‑chase agility, support in‑season storytelling, and execute special projects and store‑marketing alignment to deliver a seamless customer experience.
**Expectations**
- Deliver consistently on brand messaging across site, app, social, e‑mail, SMS/Push, and paid media.
- Maintain an up-to-date weekly content calendar and prepare briefings for channel partners.
- Identify and act on trend‑based opportunities, fast‑chase content, and influencer amplification.
- Translate Monday hindsight & Tuesday action insights into actionable promotion and storytelling plans.
- Serve as the liaison between brand strategy and store marketing, ensuring cohesive briefings and execution.
- Execute special projects, including in‑store signage, events, and pre‑season storytelling, as required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute full‑price communication campaigns for lifestyle categories (Sleep, Lingerie, Apparel, Sport, Swim, Accessories, Third‑Party brands).
- Manage the weekly content calendar and run in‑season briefings for creative and channel teams.
- Coordinate with digital merchandising to design landing pages and weekly edits.
- Support in‑day marketing meetings (Monday hindsight, Tuesday action) and compile consolidated marketing POVs.
- Drive promotional storytelling, including GWPs and offer optimization, ensuring best practices across channels.
- Lead in‑store signage and event execution, collaborating with store marketing teams.
- Undertake special projects that align brand strategy goals with seasonal storytelling.
**Required Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication; presentation proficiency.
- Excellent organization, time‑management, and prioritization.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
- Proficiency in content strategy, omni‑channel marketing, and trend identification.
- Familiarity with digital merchandising tools (e.g., CMS, e‑commerce platforms).
- Fashion retail marketing knowledge is an advantage.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
- 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, internship experience acceptable.
