**Job title:** Assistant Brand Manager – Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Support marketing leadership in developing and executing brand strategy for mobile gaming titles. Works closely with creative, performance, and product teams to align brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns across acquisition, retention, and partner programs.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable brand and acquisition results for multi‑million dollar mobile titles.
- Maintain brand consistency across internal and external assets, and partner initiatives.
- Translate data insights into tactical optimizations and strategic recommendations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive brand identity development: collaborate with studios, publishing, and creative to define positioning, messaging, and creative frameworks for global campaigns.
- Define and track KPIs: monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for ROAS, LTV, and engagement.
- Full‑funnel marketing coordination: integrate user acquisition with in‑game activations, working with Growth, Performance, and PX teams.
- Process & documentation: maintain clear campaign documentation, implement efficient workflows, and ensure consistency across teams.
- ASO oversight: lead creative and copy testing for app stores to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Creative strategy support: lead A/B testing frameworks, monitor effectiveness, translate data into actionable insights.
- Platform visibility: pitch and manage programs with platform partners to enhance featuring, merchandising, and surfacing.
- Brand integration: tie in‑game updates to external campaigns, ensuring a unified voice across channels.
- Partnership management: support day‑to‑day marketing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- 6+ years in mobile go‑to‑market strategy, brand, product marketing, and growth.
- Proven track record driving user acquisition for gaming with measurable ROAS and LTV improvements.
- Experience managing multi‑million dollar budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Creative thinking in campaign development, asset direction, and testing.
- Deep familiarity with building testing processes, reporting frameworks, and performance analysis systems.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or related disciplines preferred (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
