Job Description

Job Title: C# Developer Role Summary: Deliver business‑critical solutions for a national enterprise by developing, testing, and documenting .NET applications. Drive code quality, maintainability, and performance while contributing to architectural discussions and full‑stack development. Expectations: - Produce clean, efficient, and well‑documented C# code that meets functional and performance requirements. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement scalable, high‑availability solutions. - Continuously improve development practices and share knowledge with peers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain desktop and web components using WPF, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies. - Design, implement, and refactor Entity Framework Core data access layers against SQL Server. - Write unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure robust, reliable deployments. - Create and update technical documentation for code, APIs, and deployment procedures. - Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and architectural design sessions. - Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Required Skills: - Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core / .NET 5/6). - Strong experience with WPF, XAML, and MVVM patterns. - Deep knowledge of EF Core, LINQ, and relational database design (SQL Server). - Solid understanding of unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest) and test‑driven development. - Ability to document design decisions, APIs, and system configurations. - Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications specified; Microsoft or equivalent developer certifications are a plus.
