**Job Title:** Systems & Networks Administrator (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for supervising, operating, and maintaining the availability, security, and performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure across systems and networks. Acts as a key incident manager (N3) and contributes to IT evolution projects, automation, and documentation while collaborating with internal teams and external providers.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable systems and network administration role.
- Fluent French (working language) and able to operate in an international, multi‑site environment.
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive with strong service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Excellent prioritization and diagnostic abilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure maximum service availability through monitoring, incident handling, and N3 escalations.
- Apply security measures: patch management, access rights, and network security monitoring.
- Participate in IT evolution projects (cloud migrations, architecture redesign, etc.).
- Automate routine tasks via scripting and develop reusable procedures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and share best practices.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers.
**Required Skills:**
- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Windows 10/11.
- Directory Services: Active Directory, DFS, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy.
- Virtualization/Cloud: VMware, Microsoft Azure, AWS.
- End‑User Tools: Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Skype, OneDrive, SCCM, Intune.
- Networking & Security: Fortinet (FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer), VPN, FTP, LAN/WAN/WLAN, SD‑WAN, VOIP (RingCentral).
- Monitoring: Centreon.
- Databases & Scripting: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2; PowerShell, VBScript.
- ITSM & Collaboration: ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and incident‑resolution capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, ITIL Foundation) are preferred but not mandatory.
