Lifecycle Marketing Manager
**Role summary**
Own and execute lifecycle marketing across email, push, SMS, in‑app, and banner channels. Drive strategy and nurture programs, collaborate cross‑functionally, and use data & AI to optimize customer communication at every touchpoint.
**Expactations**
- 4+ years in lifecycle marketing; proven ability to launch high‑polish programs quickly.
- Proficiency with marketing‑automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills: segmentation, behavioral analytics, predictive modelling.
- Strategic thinker; translate business goals into actionable campaigns.
- Data‑driven performance reporting and clear recommendations.
- Excellent copywriting, design refinement, and QA.
- Effective stakeholder management and cross‑team collaboration.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple complex projects.
- Experience with AI tools for workflow, content, or analytics is a plus.
- Technical comfort with SQL, HTML, and marketing‑automation templating (e.g., Liquid) is desirable.
**Key responsibilities**
- Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives from concept to implementation, meeting defined KPIs.
- Develop multi‑channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in‑app banners).
- Build automated workflows and nurture sequences in Braze.
- Integrate AI to scale briefing, asset creation, and analysis.
- Ensure brand consistency and accuracy; conduct thorough QA.
- Create personalized experiences using customer behavior and segmentation.
- Partner with product, sales, brand, content, and operations for new features and lead nurturing.
- Own program outcomes: measure performance, report insights, and recommend optimisations.
- Identify critical touchpoints and maintain high‑quality communications throughout the customer lifecycle.
