**Job Title:** Systems & Support Analyst **Role Summary** Execute IT support strategies to align with business goals, ensuring efficient system operations and service quality. **Expectations** - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Windows OS and helpdesk support roles. - Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. - Up to 25% travel to branches, conferences, or training events. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and account administration. - Provide technical support via ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and resolve desktop/laptop issues (Windows 10/11). - Monitor remote site systems (Meraki), printers, scanners, and card readers. - Administer email (Exchange), collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams), and applications (Adobe, VPN). - Maintain documentation (knowledge base articles) and enforce IT compliance with regulations. - Collaborate on training programs for end users and staff. - Oversee service level agreements and IT system performance. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Windows OS troubleshooting and network fundamentals. - Experience with ticketing systems, endpoint management, and cloud tools. - Strong documentation and customer service capabilities. - Ability to interpret technical impacts on business operations. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - No specific certifications listed; relevant work experience required.
