Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Contract Role Summary: Deliver end‑to‑end talent acquisition for North American GTM, G&A, and Tech teams at a fast‑growing SaaS supply‑chain platform. Drive a high‑quality candidate experience, shape recruitment strategy, and partner with hiring managers to meet business objectives. Expectations: Source and secure A+ talent, sustain high conversion rates, reduce time‑to‑hire, and provide data‑driven recruitment insights. Operate independently, multitask, and maintain tight attention to detail while fostering an inclusive hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, networking events, job boards (Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow), and personal network. - Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interview logistics, manage offers, and facilitate onboarding. - Build and refine recruiting workflows in Greenhouse, leveraging analytics to improve metrics. - Act as a talent advisor to business units, tailoring hiring strategies to each role. - Cultivate relationships with hiring managers, finance, HR, and leadership to ensure recruitment priorities are met. - Represent the employer brand at events, strengthening employer value proposition. - Maintain a consistent, objective, and inclusive hiring process across all stages. Required Skills: - 5+ years recruiting for SaaS organizations. - Proficiency with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS. - Strong data interpretation and metric‑driven decision making. - Extensive network within Chicago startup, tech, and SaaS communities. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (preferred). - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools is essential.
