DoD SkillBridge Program Internship
**Role Summary**
Provides U.S. service members with experiential civilian work opportunities during the final 180 days of active duty. Interns gain hands‑on experience in a diverse set of business functions, from flight operations to engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, supply‑chain logistics, business support, government affairs, and IT/cybersecurity.
**Expectations**
- Must be an active U.S. military service member eligible for the SkillBridge program.
- Attend all scheduled onboarding, training, and mentor‑guided assignments.
- Maintain military pay, benefits, and chain‑of‑command oversight while fulfilling civilian internship duties.
- Complete all required documentation and conduct a post‑internship debrief.
**Key Responsibilities**

- **Flight Operations:** Assist pilots with mission planning, flight data analysis, and operational reviews.
- **Engineering:** Support design, testing, and analysis efforts in aerospace, electrical, mechanical, software, or mechatronics disciplines.
