**Job title** Financial Operations Analyst **Role Summary** Analyze client and financial data, support operational processes, and provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision‑making. Works closely with Sales, Implementation, and accounting teams to maintain accurate financial flows from booking to billing. **Expectations** - Deliver precise and timely book‑to‑bill reconciliations. - Review contracts, opportunities, and quotes for accuracy before approval. - Respond to client invoicing and contract questions promptly. - Conduct internal audits of bookings versus billings. - Assist with partner revenue share reporting. - Contribute to special projects and attend regular team status meetings. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Ensure book‑to‑bill process accuracy and timeliness. 2. Review contracts, booking opportunities, and quotes for correctness prior to approval. 3. Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams on finance‑related procedures and workflow. 4. Handle client inquiries regarding invoicing and contracts. 5. Perform internal audits of booking versus billing data. 6. Produce partner revenue share reports. 7. Participate in weekly team status calls. 8. Support the Director of Financial Operations with special projects. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Adaptability to frequent change and ambiguity. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - At least 3 years of industry experience in financial operations, accounting, or related field. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred). - No specific certifications required; accounting or finance certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) may be an asset.
