**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead transportation design projects, mentor engineering teams, ensure project success through coordination, compliance, and client relationship management. **Expectations:** Deliver projects on schedule and within budget; maintain quality standards; enhance profitability; foster client satisfaction and business development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, coordinate, and execute transportation projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, and work plans. - Prepare proposals, contracts, and financial plans; monitor project costs and profitability. - Mentor junior engineers, resolve technical roadblocks, and review designs for accuracy. - Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and productivity. - Represent the firm in meetings, prepare project documentation, and seek compensation for out-of-scope work. - Monitor compliance with quality protocols and address client concerns promptly. **Required Skills:** - Advanced project management and leadership capabilities. - Strong technical expertise in transportation design and TXDOT project execution. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. - Financial oversight and budgeting proficiency. - Problem-solving and decision-making agility. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and mentor teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. - Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas. - 10+ years in leading transportation projects (preferably TXDOT). - Minimum 3 years in a project management role.
