Job Description
**Job Title** Data Analyst (Contractor) – Salesforce Data Cleanup **Role Summary** Short‑term (3‑6 months) contractor position focused on improving data quality in Salesforce by identifying and resolving duplicate Contact and Account records. Works independently while collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, and usable CRM data. US citizenship or legal permanent residency required. **Expectations** - Contract duration: 3‑6 months with possible conversion to full‑time. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project milestones. - Must be authorized to work in the United States (US citizen or Green Card holder). - Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze Salesforce data to locate duplicate Contacts and Accounts using native tools and custom logic. - Design and execute data cleanup strategies (merging, deduplication, validation). - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business rules for data consolidation. - Document cleanup procedures and recommend ongoing data‑hygiene practices. - Perform post‑cleanup quality assurance checks to verify data accuracy. - Create reports and dashboards to track cleanup progress and impact. **Required Skills** - Proven experience with Salesforce data, specifically Contacts and Accounts. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structures and deduplication best practices. - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or other data manipulation tools. - Experience with data quality, cleansing, and governance processes. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred). - Salesforce Administrator or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
