**Job Title**
Analyst/Associate, Marketing
**Role Summary**
Drive end‑to‑end high‑velocity marketing campaigns for Hiive Funds, aggregating investor interest for multi‑million dollar SPV opportunities. Owning launch, execution, and optimization of email, retargeting, and paid social ads to directly fill deals and generate revenue.
**Expectations**
- Manage ~20‑25 fund launches monthly, maintaining zero errors across channels.
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales & Trading, Compliance, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to secure approvals and align messaging.
- Deliver campaigns on tight deadlines with speed and precision.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Initiate and oversee email, retargeting, and social ad campaigns on Customer.io, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Coordinate affiliate distribution, track partner performance, and optimize lead quality.
- Perform A/B testing, analyze data in Salesforce, Omni, and PostHog, and iterate on creative, targeting, and messaging.
- Monitor key performance indicators: fund fill rates, campaign ROI, investor acquisition metrics.
- Produce regular KPI reports and insights for Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams.
- Ensure all materials comply with regulatory standards in collaboration with Compliance.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 2 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B campaign creation.
- Proven multi‑channel campaign execution: email, paid social, display with meticulous detail.
- Experience with A/B testing and data‑driven optimization.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management under tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where speed and accuracy are critical.
- Excellent communication and copywriting for investor‑facing content.
**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with private capital markets, venture capital, or startup ecosystem.
- Background in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Hands‑on experience with Customer.io, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce) are a plus.
