Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Role Summary: Support marketing and video production teams by launching and optimizing digital ad campaigns, creating compelling copy, designing high‑quality assets, and coordinating production activities for capital‑markets clients. Expectations: - Multidisciplinary marketer who seamlessly manages campaign execution, creative design, and studio production. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in meeting tight deadlines and multiple stakeholder needs. - Collaborative communicator with a creative approach to problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and optimize digital campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms. - Craft engaging copy for social media, newsletters, and advertisements. - Produce performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. - Schedule and publish content across digital channels, monitoring engagement metrics. - Design marketing assets (graphics, ads, presentations) using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. - Develop on‑screen graphics, slides, and basic animations for campaigns. - Coordinate filming sessions, gather marketing assets, and manage client communications. - Serve as liaison between internal teams and external vendors/freelancers to ensure smooth workflow. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus). - Experience with Canva for rapid creative production. - Strong copywriting ability with adaptable voice across channels. - Basic knowledge of campaign optimization, analytics, and reporting. - Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro for light editing tasks. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media Production, or a closely related field.
