**Job Title** Product Manager (Clinical Products) **Role Summary** Translate strategic vision into high‑performance clinical software solutions that improve patient care and healthcare professional experience. Job title: Senior Programmer Analyst Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end development of Med‑Urge, a healthcare management solution, working with cross‑functional teams to design, code, test, deploy, and support high‑risk features while ensuring maintainability and client focus. Expectations: Deliver quality code and architecture that meets business needs, collaborate on product planning, mentor support staff, and maintain strong bilingual communication in French and English. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and refactor high‑risk components using C#, .NET Core, and Angular, promoting clean architecture and reducing technical debt. - Participate in the full delivery cycle: requirement analysis, UX collaboration, coding, unit and integration testing, security, CI/CD deployment, and component integration. - Produce clear technical documentation for development and support teams. - Provide Level 3 support: investigate client issues, resolve complex bugs, and train Level 1/2 support personnel on new releases. - Assist the technical lead in release planning, technical feasibility studies, and high‑level estimations. - Collaborate with external consultants and internal architecture team to ensure product sustainability.
