Must align with the charity’s mission for life-limiting illness care. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead and deliver IT projects to improve systems and support hospice operations. - Provide advanced technical support for applications, ensuring reliability and security. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align technology with organizational goals. - Mentor colleagues and advocate for user-friendly, accessible technology solutions. - Monitor and optimize existing systems to enhance clinical and administrative efficiency. **Required Skills**: - Application support (2nd/3rd line), IT project management, system implementation. - Problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments. - Proficiency in IT systems administration, infrastructure management, and user training. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent qualifications. - Certifications in IT project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or system engineering highly advantageous.
