**Job Title:**
AI/ML Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine‑learning models to solve business challenges. Build end‑to‑end data pipelines, perform feature engineering, and apply supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques. Engineer models into production using CI/CD, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS or Azure).

- Maintain high code quality, documentation, and reproducibility standards.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with data engineers, software developers, and product managers.
- Continuously improve model performance through experimentation and monitoring.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and train models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn.
- Conduct feature engineering, data preprocessing, and feature selection.
- Deploy models to cloud platforms, ensuring integration with existing systems.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerize models, and manage orchestration in Kubernetes.
- Monitor model drift, performance, and operational health in production.
- Participate in MLOps practices to streamline model lifecycle.
- Document methodologies, data schemas, and deployment procedures.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and data projects.
- Proficient in Python; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn.
- Strong knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Expertise in feature engineering and data processing pipelines.
- Hands‑on with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
- Competent in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiar with CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Experience in ETL or data integration workflows preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate) or MLOps tools are advantageous.
