**Job Title**
Internship – HR Sourcing & Projects Coordinator (F/M)
**Role Summary**
6‑month internship on a 3‑person HR recruiting team. Support full‑cycle hiring by analyzing vacancies, crafting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, building talent pipelines, assisting onboarding, animating a community of interns & trainees, and performing administrative duties. Work closely with managers and use LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS tools.
**Expectations**
- Enrolled in the second year of a Master’s program in Human Resources, HR Management, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
- Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on deadlines.
- Comfortable with IT tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional social networks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team‑oriented, and able to build rapport quickly.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Analyze hiring needs and partner with managers to define job profiles.
2. Write and publish attractive job postings on LinkedIn, job boards, and company career sites.
3. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and match qualifications to job requirements.
4. Source and directly approach candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
5. Build and maintain a qualified talent pool for future hiring needs.
6. Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
7. Plan, coordinate, and host events for interns and trainees to foster community engagement.
8. Handle administrative tasks related to candidate files, signature tracking, and update recruitment dashboards.
**Required Skills**
- Recruitment and sourcing techniques (candidate search, head‑hunting, screening).
- Copy‑writing for job advertisements.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and mainstream job boards.
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Basic administrative skills (file management, reporting).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Second‑year Master’s student in Human Resources, HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.
- No mandatory certifications required, but knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices is preferred.
