Job Description

**Job Title:** Civil Engineering Summer Intern **Role Summary:** 12-week summer internship (May/June–August 2026) for undergraduate students in civil engineering or related fields. Focus on technical and administrative tasks supporting real-world projects in transportation design, traffic planning, construction management, and water resources. **Expectations:** - Pursuing B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field. - Prior internship experience preferred but not required. - Strong written/verbal communication and team collaboration skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation an asset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with engineers and teams on project tasks. - Create engineering/design documents using CAD and design software. - Collect, analyze, and prepare project data. - Provide administrative support to advance project timelines. - Adapt to evolving challenges and contribute to multidisciplinary projects. **Required Skills:** - CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation) experience. - Data analysis and documentation. - Teamwork and communication in collaborative environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Enrolled in B.S. program in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering/Management, or related discipline. - No certifications required; software proficiency preferred.
