Job Description
**Job title** Digital Marketing Officer (H/F) **Role Summary** Lead and execute the digital strategy for the brand and support franchise partners in optimizing local communications. Manage end‑to‑end marketing projects, create paid and organic campaigns, and develop content that aligns with the company’s visual identity. **Expectations** Collaborate cross‑functionally, maintain excellent stakeholder relations, demonstrate curiosity, rigor, and proactivity, and apply hands‑on marketing expertise gained in agency or brand settings, preferably in services or construction sectors. **Key Responsibilities** - Coach and support franchisees in local communication planning. - Own marketing project lifecycles from concept to delivery. - Plan and launch SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and create ad creatives. - Animate social media channels and produce SEO‑optimised content. - Write institutional communications for the brand. - Design and distribute email campaigns to prescribers. - Develop agency concepts for franchise partners within the brand’s visual guidelines. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). - Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics and similar tools). - Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management. - Ability to design in Canva or Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). - Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation tools. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s (Bac+4) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. ---
