Job Description
**Job Title** Commercial Supervisor **Role Summary** Lead and manage the field sales activities for a defined geographic sector, driving revenue, market share, and product visibility. Oversee a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet quantitative and qualitative targets while maintaining high execution standards on the ground. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed sales, distribution, and visibility objectives. - Maintain strong customer satisfaction and service orientation. - Demonstrate proactive market analysis and competitive intelligence. - Deliver timely and accurate reporting. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned sector. - Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets (turnover, market share, distribution coverage, digital presence). - Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales staff. - Maintain continuous on‑site presence to oversee implementation of product placement, visibility, digital distribution, and planograms. - Update and manage route plans for field representatives. - Provide regular performance reporting to senior management. - Identify growth opportunities (new clients, refrigerated placements, etc.). - Conduct competitive monitoring within the zone. **Required Skills** - Strong leadership and team management. - Excellent analytical and planning abilities. - Effective communication and negotiation. - Customer‑focused mindset with service orientation. - Proficiency in digital tools (mobile handheld terminals, Excel, sales‑force platforms). - Ability to work independently and under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience supervising field sales teams. ---
