Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Consultant **Role Summary:** Drive sales growth by cultivating client relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering Performance Health's product solutions to healthcare institutions in a defined territory. **Expectations:** - Execute a disciplined sales strategy to meet budgeted revenue targets. - Manage territory through in-person and virtual engagement with hospitals, VA facilities, and outpatient rehabilitation centers. - Travel 25-50% (including overnight) to service clients and explore new business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consult with healthcare facility leaders to promote product portfolios and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls, product trials, and training sessions. - Develop and execute territory plans using analytics and CRM tools to track customer insights. - Maintain and expand existing accounts while identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. - Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support business operations. - Uphold the company’s professional and ethical standards in all client interactions. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years in business-to-business medical sales. - Proficiency in virtual sales tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom). - Experience selling curated product portfolios and managing sales programs. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. - Familiarity with healthcare industry (medical/rehabilitation) and GPO/IDN structures preferred. - Working knowledge of CRM platforms and online ordering systems. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. - No specific certifications required.
