**Job Title** Brand Marketing Manager, Americas **Role Summary** Drive integrated 360° brand marketing across the Americas, ensuring cohesive storytelling, impactful campaigns, and measurable ROI across retail, digital, and experiential channels. Lead cross‑functional execution, budget stewardship, and team mentorship to achieve regional business objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑impact, end‑to‑end marketing initiatives aligned with global strategy. - Maintain brand consistency on key retail platforms (Sephora, Caudalie.com, boutique spas). - Provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership and optimize marketing performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute 360° marketing plans; coordinate with CMO and regional stakeholders. - Oversee visual merchandising, POSM creation, and in‑store experiential assets. - Lead digital brand presence: product page copy, asset management, translations, and retailer review programs. - Plan and implement OOH, pop‑ups, and large‑scale brand events. - Partner on local product development, launch strategy, naming, pricing, positioning, and compliance. - Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategy. - Mentor and develop the Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator. - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Global Marketing to align initiatives and maximize ROI. - Manage and report on marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend. **Required Skills** - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven. - Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for brand marketing. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field). - Minimum 5 years’ experience in beauty, specifically U.S. skincare category. - Experience collaborating with major beauty retailers such as Sephora (preferred).
