Job Title: Software Engineer - New Grad Role Summary: Join a growth-stage AI-native operating system team focused on regulated finance, building scalable infrastructure and applications that support mortgage servicing at national scale. Serve as a full-cycle engineer addressing complex regulatory requirements and delivering reliable, high-performance code. Expectations: 0–1 year of professional software engineering experience; ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly; strong communicator capable of working across product, design, and regulatory teams; self‑motivated, fast‑paced, and results‑oriented. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new technical knowledge rapidly and apply it to solve challenging problems. - Design, develop, and maintain robust, extensible infrastructure to manage federal, state, and agency regulations. - Dive deep into the mortgage servicing domain to understand business logic and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with Product and Design to create optimal user experiences. - Build scalable systems from scratch and deliver functional code within tight timelines. - Manage time effectively to maximize productivity in a dynamic startup environment. Required Skills: - Proficiency in at least one of: web application development, mobile development, large‑scale distributed systems, or infrastructure management. - Strong foundational knowledge of software engineering principles and design patterns. - Ability to construct scalable, maintainable systems at production scale. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at cross‑functional collaboration. - Demonstrated time‑management and rapid delivery under tight deadlines.
