**Job Title:** Product Planning Program Manager
**Role Summary:**
Leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of a digital planning and program‑management system for new builds, refurbishments, and port destinations. Drives tool development, data analysis, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and performance targets.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver accurate, timely status reporting and dashboards to senior leadership.
- Maintain clear accountability across stakeholders and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Uphold high‑quality documentation, data integrity, and compliance with project governance.
- Support up to 25% travel, including shipboard and dry‑dock site visits.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and manage digital tools for planning, responsibility assignment, budgeting, approvals, and milestone tracking.
- Generate weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Partner with analytics teams to extract and interpret qualitative/quantitative data for metric development.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, define roles, set deadlines, and monitor deliverables.
- Onboard and manage vendor relationships, contracts, payments, and budget tracking.
- Create a systematic process for capturing, prioritizing, and evaluating innovative concepts from internal and market sources.
- Build and maintain shared workspaces (e.g., SharePoint sites) to facilitate collaboration.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (or equivalent), Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Experience managing multiple large, complex projects through digital platforms.
- Ability to interpret data, formulate business questions, and recommend actions.
- Skilled at building relationships across diverse functional teams.
- Initiative, ownership, multitasking, and strong organizational agility.
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings, material specs, and tools such as AutoCAD or Bluebeam Revu.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, IT, Consulting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of program/project/product development or operations experience.
- Familiarity with project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not mandatory.
