**Job Title:** Head of Sales (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the commercial function for the Nord Cluster, driving profitable, sustainable growth through coaching, strategic execution, and cross‑functional alignment. Serve as a catalyst for performance and a customer advocate within senior management circles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, coach, and manage a regional sales team; set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability.
- Design, communicate, and implement the commercial strategy in partnership with site directors, Business Engineering, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Elevate sales discipline: establish win‑build‑share processes, enforce qualification standards, and track performance metrics.
- Represent customer requirements and feedback in Steering Committees and influence the Cluster’s Sales, Marketing & Innovation strategy.
- Identify and monetize new market opportunities that align with strategic and CSR objectives.
- Lead change initiatives, foster consensus around vision, and transform commercial practices toward greater efficiency and collaboration.
**Required Skills**
- Extensive B2B sales experience in complex, multi‑site industrial environments, with a results‑driven and customer‑focused mindset.
- Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and scaling sales teams; leadership style grounded in clarity, trust, and empowerment.
- Strong change‑management abilities, capable of rallying teams around a clear vision and improving practices.
- Strategic thinking, positivity, and high personal standards; excellent interpersonal, communication, and collective‑mindset skills.
- Fluency in English; adept with digital tools and ERP systems.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Relevant sales or leadership certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader, PMP, or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.
