**Job Title:** Experiential Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and execute immersive brand experiences across pop‑ups, trade shows, retail activations, and digital live events. Drive customer engagement and conversion through strategic planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and performance analytics.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver high‑impact experiential campaigns that reinforce brand identity and drive measurable results.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all physical and digital touchpoints.
- Optimize event performance using data‑driven insights to improve ROI and customer acquisition.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events (tentpole festivals, regional pop‑ups, salon showcases, B2B opportunities).
- Design visual identity, booth buildouts, set design, and product displays for events and retail environments.
- Manage vendor relationships for venue, AV, fabrication, signage, staffing, and security.
- Partner with influencer and celebrity teams to produce meet‑and‑greet and surprise experiences.
- Oversee logistics, timelines, inventory, staffing, sampling, and breakdown for all activations.
- Track and report event metrics (foot traffic, email/SMS capture, social engagement, cost per visit, revenue, ROI).
- Develop and maintain a master brand event calendar, toolkits, and SOPs.
- Execute TikTok Live and Mega Live events: planning, talent coordination, set design, scripting, and post‑live KPI reporting.
- Support retail rollouts: endcap setup, demo stations, staff training events, and visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate community events (panels, brunches, workshops) and surprise VIP moments.
- Capture and hand off first‑party data to retention teams; run pre‑ and post‑event surveys and A/B tests.
- Maintain partner database and coordinate shipping/stock for event kits and sampling.
**Required Skills:**
- 4‑6 years of experiential, brand, or event marketing experience (beauty, CPG, lifestyle preferred).
- Proven ability to plan and execute large‑scale pop‑ups, trade shows, and digital live events.
- Strong vendor and logistics management; adept at multitasking and problem‑solving.
- Creative visual merchandising and set design experience.
- Knowledge of live shopping activations, TikTok Live, and social commerce.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel and work weekends as required.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- Certification in Event Planning or Project Management (e.g., CMP, PMP) preferred.
