Job Description

**Job Title** DoD SkillBridge: Software Developer or Engineer **Role Summary** Full‑stack software development internship under the DoD SkillBridge program. Leverages React, Node.js, and cloud‑based AI/ML technologies to design, code, test, and deploy mission‑critical applications for warfighter capabilities. **Expectations** - Active‑duty military member eligible for SkillBridge. - 180 days of continuous active service and < 180 days remaining to discharge. - Obtain unit commander approval; program can be terminated at service discretion. - Completion of internship within designated SkillBridge timeframe. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and drive next‑generation software products. - Identify and prototype innovative solutions. - Develop efficient, reliable, and testable code across front‑end and back‑end. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, AI/ML, product, ops). - Deploy machine learning models and cloud services. - Participate in team culture shaping and product vision alignment. - Own projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of software development or engineering experience. - Full‑stack developer background, proficient in React and Node.js (or equivalents). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Interest and basic knowledge of AI/ML technologies. - Experience in agile, collaborative development environments. - Excellent communication and team‑work abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Active‑duty U.S. military service with eligibility for DoD SkillBridge. - No additional academic degree or professional certification required.
