Expactations: Candidates should have 2+ years in AI/ML engineering, product engineering, or similar roles with a proven track record of shipping products. Proficiency in LLM prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and healthcare workflow automation is required. Must thrive in ambiguous settings, employing hypothesis-driven development and rapid iteration to deliver impact. Key Responsibilities: - Design, test, and optimize prompts for healthcare use cases (e.g., patient scheduling, insurance eligibility, education). - Build reusable prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, and scalable testing tools. - Curate datasets, run model fine-tuning experiments, and evaluate domain-specific accuracy. - Develop APIs/integrations for AI workflows and automate performance monitoring. - Partner with clinicians to identify automation opportunities and validate solutions with real users. - Design test scenarios to detect edge cases, define quality metrics, and stress-test new features. - Contribute to system architecture, deployment strategies, and emerging AI techniques (e.g., RAG, multi-agent systems). Required Skills: - Python/JavaScript coding proficiency (automation, integration, evaluation pipelines). - LLM prompt engineering, conversational AI design, and model fine-tuning expertise. - Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, TensorFlow) and API integration. - A/B testing, metrics-driven evaluation, and iterative problem-solving in product development. - Collaboration skills to translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions across engineering and clinical teams.
