Job Description

**Senior AI/ML Engineer** **Role Summary** Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions across business domains, focusing on traditional ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI technologies to drive innovation and operational impact. **Expectations** Lead AI/ML initiatives aligned with strategic business goals, integrating emerging technologies and optimizing cloud-native solutions for enterprise-wide adoption and performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models and GenAI/Agentic AI solutions (e.g., RAG, agent frameworks) for diverse business use cases. - Engineer end-to-end AI/ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring) on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Integrate cloud-native SaaS tools and third-party AI technologies to accelerate solution delivery. - Evaluate and implement emerging AI innovations (e.g., LLMs, MLOps tools, agentic protocols) for scalability and domain-specific alignment. - Mentor technical teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and create reusable AI frameworks and best practices. - Ensure AI solutions are secure, cost-effective, and compliant with Responsible AI principles. **Required Skills** - Expertise in ML algorithms, deep learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML). - Proficiency in Python, SQL, data engineering, and feature engineering. - Experience with MLOps (CI/CD, model monitoring) and DevOps tools (Docker, Airflow, Git). - Hands-on implementation of GenAI tools (LLMs, RAG, vector databases) and prompt engineering. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills to translate business needs into technical strategies. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of experience designing/developing ML/AI solutions, including 3+ years in GenAI and Agentic AI. - Proven proficiency in cloud ML deployment and MLOps practices.
