Expectations: - Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and cross-functional execution. - Align product roadmap with company goals and evolving customer demands. - Translate customer insights into prioritized product requirements and solutions. - Drive iterative feature development in high-ambiguity, fast-paced startup. - Establish data-driven success metrics and product development standards. - Represent product to stakeholders (customers, investors, partners) with strong influence. - Build and scale a high-performing product team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and iterate product roadmap, strategy, and execution plans. - Lead deep-dive discovery with enterprise customers for requirements. - Partner with engineering and design to deliver features iteratively. - Balance short-term priorities with long-term product vision. - Define metrics, KPIs, and analytics for product performance evaluation. - Foster product culture through mentorship and process standardization. - Communicate strategic value to stakeholders in diverse settings. Required Skills: - 5+ years product management experience (startup or high-growth B2B SaaS required). - Proven ability to build products from 0-1 and scale iteratively. - Experience with AI/ML-driven product development or implementation. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (engineering, design, sales). - Data-informed decision-making and customer-centric product mindset. - Exceptional stakeholder communication and negotiation capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in product management methodologies or AI/ML preferred (not required).
