Director, Business Transformation (Corporate Finance & Restructuring)
**Role Summary**
Senior leader driving end‑to‑end transformation, turnaround, and restructuring initiatives for corporate and fund‑investor clients. Spearheads strategic and operational due‑diligence, develops and implements value‑creation plans, oversees M&A integration or carve‑outs, and supports high‑level client relationship management. Plays a key role in expanding the practice through business development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead cross‑functional teams on strategic, operational, and financial diagnostics.
- Design and formalize business‑plan, transformation, restructuring, or turnaround strategies.
- Develop post‑merger integration plans or carve‑out execution roadmaps.
- Guide implementation of prescribed plans, monitoring progress and driving execution.
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to senior stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate finance & restructuring segment.
- Mentor junior consultants and foster knowledge sharing across the practice.
**Required Skills**
- Proven senior consulting experience in business transformation or corporate finance.
- Expertise in due‑diligence, M&A, integration, carve‑out, restructuring, and turnaround.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Leadership ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and influence senior executives.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast‑paced, global environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications (CFA, CPA, PMP, or equivalent) highly desirable.
