**Job Title** Private Banking Officer (Fixed‑Term Contract) **Role Summary** Deliver exceptional relationship management and commercial performance for the Private Banking portfolio, while ensuring robust risk oversight and cross‑functional collaboration within the banking group. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed sales and coverage targets for the Private Banking segment. - Maintain a high‑quality, updated client database and ensure rigorous risk compliance. - Provide bespoke financial solutions to high net‑worth business leaders. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and grow the Private Banking client portfolio, achieving portfolio coverage benchmarks and enriching client data in the CRM system. - Conduct regular commercial meetings with existing clients, proactively identify cross‑selling opportunities. - Drive targeted prospecting initiatives to attract new high‑net‑worth clientele. - Achieve defined commercial objectives across all client segments for the fiscal year. - Coordinate with wealth‑management, credit, and other internal specialists to structure tailored financial solutions. - Monitor daily risk exposure, analyze periodic risk reports, and ensure compliance with internal risk policies. - Prepare and analyze credit dossiers, facilitating approval processes. - Lead and energize the network of business‑referral partners to expand business opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proven track record in private wealth or private banking client management, particularly with senior business leaders. - Strong commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets. - Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and presentation skills. - Analytical capability for risk assessment and credit analysis. - Proficiency with CRM and other sales/portfolio management tools. - Collaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and resilient. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. - Relevant banking or finance certifications (e.g., CFA Level II or equivalent) preferred.
